Connectware® Cruiser™ 2.0 was a Personal Information Manager incorporating e-mail, address book, calendar, group scheduling, voice, telephony and fax control. Connectware was a division of AMP Inc. responsible for developing Internet and connectivity solutions.

My role on this project:

• GUI team leader.
• Responsible for interface design and future strategy for Cruiser.
• Conducted customer testing and ran focus groups.
• Wrote user interface specifications.
• Oversaw code development and customer-testing of the GUI.
• Supervised both a six member, locally-based team and a team of India-based contractors.
